To determine your membership status, please review Schedule B in your Title Insurance Policy. This will indicate if you have membership in both associations.
The board is working with the attorney to compile a list of affected homes and will discuss the issue further at the Sept. 15th board meeting.

Welcome to the River Forest Property Owners Association web site. The purpose of this site is to provide our homeowners with information important to our community. You will find posted on this site information about upcoming events, contact information for Board of Directors, Architectural Review Committee and our Property Manager. Approved Board Meeting Minutes are regularly posted, along with documents, forms and rules pertinent to our community. Members are invited to login into the Members Only area of the site to get more information about about the association, including the ability to pay your quarterly assessment online. River Forest is a family friendly community located in western Martin County, Florida. Homes were built between 2001 and 2006 and feature Royall Wall construction. Residents enjoy a community clubhouse, pool, fitness center and playground. Boat ramp access is also available to the St. Lucie Waterway. Close to good schools and 1-95, River Forest is the ideal location for families looking to live in a natural setting, but still be close to all that the Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches has to offer.
