DO’S AND
DON’TS
Before you alter or modify the exterior of your home in any way, you are
first required to submit an Architectural Control Application to the
Architectural Review Board.

The Architectural Review Board has 30 days to
approve or deny a request.
ALL ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE APPROVED:
- The committee has the
approved colors to choose from. NO pink houses (only if your
house is an existing pink can you repaint it pink)
- No storage sheds allowed.
- Driveway painting must be approved.
- All additions to house and driveway
enlargements must be approved.
- All wall decorations over 24" in diameter
must be approved.
- All exterior coach and post lights.
- All screening enclosures front and back.
- New roofs (only shingle and metal roof)
colors need to ba approved.
- Only all green chain link fences.
- All perimeter hedging, all perimeter
landscaping or stone work needs approval.
- All decorative shutters need to be approved.
This can be included with the application for painting the house.
- All Christmas lights must be taken down by
January 7th.
- Any hurricane shutters cannot be up for more
than 3 weeks.
- Any flag pole.
- Fountains out of normal bedding.
- New patio, concrete and pavers.
