ARC
meets the 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month at
9:30am in the clubhouse.
GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
is scheduled to meet the third Saturday of the month at 9:30AM (location: River Forest clubhouse)
CLUBHOUSE COMMITTEE
This committee works with the
management company and maintain a calendar of events. It will inspect
the facility after each use and, if necessary, recommend clean-up, and
damage assessments.
RV and BOAT STORAGE
This committee maintains the records of the storage facility and
assist our management company with the annual update of all
occupants. It receives and acts upon all written requests for use
and maintains a waiting list. The committee fills vacancies in an
orderly manner pursuant to the waiting list.

and fax to attention Tami at 781-7820 along with a copy of your
current registration and insurance. Spots are issued on a first come,
first serve basis depending on availability. You can email Tami at
tami@tamikarolinsurance.com with any questions regarding the
status of your application or availability of spots.
CELEBRATIONS COMMITTEE
This committee organizes community events for River Forest residents. A Fourth of
July picnic, an annual garage sale, a Halloween Parade, etc.
SECURITY
This committee organizes neighborhood patrols.
VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE
This committee organizes volunteers in our neighborhood to complete
beautification projects.
WELCOME WAGON COMMITTEE
This committee makes sure that our newest residents have all of the
information they need regarding our neighborhood.
