BOAT STORAGE COMMITTEE
Responsible for assisting the property manager
in all matters related to the storage area.

BUDGET COMMITTEE

CELEBRATION COMMITTEE
Responsible for planning seasonal parties for the community at the clubhouse.

GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE
Upon receiving notice of a fine for a violation of the convents and restrictions of River Forest the grievance committee shall determine if a fine will be levied or not.
Members: Brian, Maureen, Brian and Jen

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES COMMITTEE
A committee comprised of 2 members of the River Forest POA Board of Directors and 1 member from the River Marina Board of Directors. They are responsible for addressing issues concerning the Recreation Facilities.

ST. LUCIE FALLS COMMITTEE
A committee comprised of members of the Boards of River Forest and St. Lucie Falls, with the responsibility of addressing issues concerning the mutual areas.

SECURITY
This committee organizes neighborhood patrols and assists with maintaining the clubhouse security system.

WELCOME COMMITTEE  
This committee makes sure that our newest residents have all of the information they need regarding our neighborhood.
