Option for Monthly Payment of Assessments

Click on the link below, print the form, fill it out and submit either to the clubhouse office, the drop box inside the clubhouse or mail it to the clubhouse.  This form gives the POA permission to withdraw your assessments on a monthly basis directly from your checking account.  This is the only way we can accept monthly payments, rather than quarterly payments.  If you have any questions about this form, please call the office at 463-7614.
