Cable Update:
The date for scheduling free delivery of your cable box has passed. If you have not submitted your form and you still need a box, you can call 1-800- COMCAST to schedule your box delivery and set up for $17 fee or you may visit Comcast in person to pick up your box for free. Their address is 1495 NW Britt Rd. Stuart, FL (behind Target by the Treasure Coast Mall)
Property Manager:
We have hired a new property manager. Her name is Mary Jane Searfoorce, but she goes by MJ. She is available in the clubhouse office after 10am on Mon., Tues. & Wed. and from noon to 3pm on Thurs.
POA Budget Meeting:
The 2009 Budget Meeting for the POA will take place on Tuesday Nov. 25 at 7pm. All residents are invited to attend. 2009 Draft Budgets will be mailed out to all residents soon.
Monthly Payments for Assessments:
One of the services our bank offers our residents is monthly payment of our quarterly dues for residents that allow for automatic withdrawal from their checking or savings account. You can find the form to sign up for monthly payments HERE. The form must be received 30 days prior to the effective date. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 463-7614.
Bus Stop Etiquette:
We recently received a letter form the Martin County School Board asking us to pass on information regarding bus stop etiquette. We appreciate your cooperation as it will allow us to keep our bus stop at its current location.
- Do not leave trash on the ground in the bus stop area or in anyone's yard.
- Stay out of people's yards. It is private property.
- Do not block driveway access with your vehicle while waiting for your child's bus.
- Do not block the mailman from reaching the mailboxes on his route.
If you have any suggestions for improving the bus stop area please forward them to the River Forest Board of Directors for consideration.
