Below are the exterior paint colors approved by
the Architectural Review Committee.
The committee is in the process of having
several books made with the colors in them for residents to view
at the clubhouse. The colors are available for viewing now
at Sherwin Williams in Hobe Sound. If you are using a paint
other than Sherwin Williams, you need to bring a sample of the
paint (not just the color card) to the ARC meeting for approval.
